During this period, there will be many problems. Some design drafts are not professional and unrealistic. Generally, the shoes produced by this method are difficult to guarantee in terms of comfort and quality, especially for some special heels. The heel is the key part to support the weight of the whole body. The design of the heel is very important. Unreasonable, it will lead to a very short lifespan of a pair of shoes, so before manufacturing the mold, we will confirm all aspects of the details with the customer many times to determine whether the subsequent product quality meets expectations. This is our responsibility and our responsibility. customers are responsible.
After confirming the details of all aspects, our designer will make a 3d model drawing and determine the final step before mold making, which includes various perspectives of the product and data specifications until the customer is satisfied.
After all the details are confirmed and both parties are satisfied, the mold will be produced. We will confirm the real object with the customer. If there is no problem, the mold will be put into mass production of the customer's customized shoes.
